Job description

This is a remote position.

Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 11am to 3pm Eastern Timezone


About You:
You are a highly competent, dependable, efficient, and self-aware individual, perfect to be the Right Hand and "Second Brain" for our Founder in the role of Virtual Executive Assistant. We help struggling readers gain confidence, independence, and success in school and life. Your proactive, forward-thinking mindset and detail-oriented attention to instructions allows you to masterfully execute tasks in Marketing, Administration, Sales, Product Development, and Client Success, so that we can help more students read with confidence.


Your Role:
Understanding our business goals and operations is key. Your autonomy, flexibility, and problem-solving skills will ensure task execution aligns with our objectives.


Your Responsibilities:
  • You proactively and consistently self-monitor your work (no autopilot mode) to ensure your tasks contribute meaningfully to our goals.
  • You follow verbal and video instructions and written procedures. You develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) from the work you do so tasks can be replicated by other team members.
  • Your ability to work effectively and accurately with minimal supervision is non-negotiable. 
  • Routine tasks may include: updating student portals with lessons and assignments, preparing contracts from templates for new clients and instructors, monitoring client communications on the CRM or LMS, preparing materials for and assisting with student and instructor onboarding protocols, vetting marketing leads according to qualification criteria, designing and updating student workbooks and calendars in Canva, supporting Facebook Ads process, data entry and analysis, developing tracking and student progress monitoring protocols.

Requirements:
  • Your proven experience in a virtual executive assistant or similar role, and your stellar organizational and communication skills, makes you the ideal fit.
  • Experience in Google products is required.
  • Experience with GoHighLevel, Basecamp, Xperiencify, Loom, Vimeo, and Canva, Zoom, Seesaw, ChatCPT and AI Tools is a plus.
