We’re hiring a Part-Time Legal Intake Specialist to join our virtual call center team! No legal experience? Totally fine—we’ll teach you everything you need to know. If you bring the confidence, resourcefulness, and curiosity, we’ll handle the legal training. You just need to love working from home, stay sharp with the details, and bring good vibes to every call.


We are a boutique virtual receptionist service for law firms in the United States and Canada. Our clients rely on us to be the first impression and the voice of their law firm. Law firms invest a lot of money in Back Office Betties in order to provide their own callers with a world-class customer service experience, meaning that we must continually be the best at what we do. With that being said, the Legal Intake Specialist is the most important role in our company! Our Legal Intake Specialists go above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service through detailed call handling instructions, scheduling appointments, answering FAQ's, taking messages and transferring calls.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For
  • Must reside in AZ, NV, PA, TX, or UT
  • Complete our Culture Index survey: https://go.cultureindex.com/p/xgLvKBOVGb. This is required to be considered for employment.
  • Must type a minimum of 45 words per minute
  • Availability Monday–Friday, 25 hours/week between 10:00pm-5:00pm PST (5-hour shifts daily)
  • Training schedule is full-time for 2 weeks, Monday-Friday from 6:00am-2:30pm PST
  • Strong customer service or call center experience preferred
  • Professional phone presence and strong communication skills
  • Reliable, high-speed internet (75+ Mbps — no hotspots or WiFi. CenturyLink, Verizon, & T-Mobile are a banned providers.)
  • Wired Ethernet connection required (no exceptions)
  • Quiet, distraction-free home office (background noise may lead to termination)
Compensation
  • $17/hour (English only)
  • $19/hour (Bilingual – English/Spanish)
