Job description

Underground Solutions, Inc. (UGS) is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to support our PVC fusion and other pipe technologies. This position is a remote position based in Florida.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor of Science Degree preferred
3 years of experience in project management, preferably in a PVC pipeline or related industry
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in project management software and tools
Ability to foresee and mitigate potential issues affecting project profitability

RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for managing projects, ensuring their timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining excellent customer relations
Serve as the primary point of contact between UGS and customers for project delivery and services
Manage projects ensuring adherence to UGS procedures and policies
Coordinate and conduct project kick-off meetings with all necessary staff
Monitor project schedules and budgets, promptly communicating potential delays or cost overruns to the VP of Operations
Resolve project conflicts, working with both internal and external stakeholders
Prepare and review project close-outs for accuracy
Maintain up-to-date project listings and status reports
Develop tools, policies, and procedures to support company growth, productivity, and profit goals
