We are seeking a DevOps Lead to support all engineers and business departments at LI.FI, Jumper and Catalyst. As the gatekeepers of best practices and security, our DevOps team is responsible for platform stability and observability, automation, cost control and optimization. You will primarily focus on application deployment and infrastructure optimization, reporting to our Engineering Manager.

Lead, mentor, and support the professional growth of a team of DevOps engineers.
Develop and execute a comprehensive DevOps strategy aligned with company goals.
Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable and secure cloud infrastructure.
Drive best practices for CI/CD pipelines to ensure efficient, reliable, and automated software deployments.
Create processes and automation initiatives for monitoring, alerting, and logging across systems.
Ensure infrastructure security best practices and compliance standards are met.
Establish robust monitoring, alerting, and incident management processes to enhance system reliability.
Work closely with engineering and product teams to align DevOps strategies with business needs.
Lead post-incident reviews and retrospectives, fostering a culture of learning and innovation.
Proven experience in a Principal or DevOps Lead role, managing and mentoring engineers.
Strong expertise in at least 2 of the following cloud platforms: AWS, GCP (preferred) or Azure.
Experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform and Terragrunt) is a must.
Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and orchestration tools.
Deep understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD, etc.).
Managing SQL databases like Postgres or Mysql and NoSQL like MongoDB.
Strong scripting and automation skills (Bash, Python, Go or similar).
Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Thanos, Loki, etc.).
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset for improving DevOps workflows.
Experience in cost optimization and FinOps (Financial Operations) strategies
Knowledge of networking, system administration, and database management.
Experience with security and compliance frameworks is a plus.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science is a plus.
