As a Bilingual Wifi Support Engineer fluent in Arabic and English, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support and troubleshooting assistance for wifi-related issues. You will work closely with clients to ensure they receive reliable and efficient wifi solutions while supporting our diverse user base.

Configure and manage wifi access points, controllers, and related network equipment.
Conduct site surveys to assess wifi coverage and identify potential issues.
Analyze and resolve network connectivity and performance problems.
Collaborate with network engineers and other team members to integrate wifi networks with existing infrastructure.
Stay informed about the latest wifi technologies and solutions.
Maintain documentation of network configurations, changes, and incidents.
Provide training and technical assistance to clients and team members.
Monitor and report on network performance regularly.

Requirements
