We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our team and help us attract the best IT professionals. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, enhance candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding initiatives. 🚀 In this position, you will:

  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, actively sourcing candidates, focusing primarily on IT roles.

  • Identify and implement improvements in the recruitment process, taking full ownership and ensuring efficiency.

  • Ensure an outstanding candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

  • Identify recruitment and sourcing process limitations and implement improvements.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to define effective recruiting strategies and set realistic expectations on time-to-hire, compensation, and market conditions.

  • Promote Addepto to strengthen our employer brand.

  • Support social media activities related to employer branding.

  • Contribute to People & Culture projects, with a focus on recruitment and employee experience.

  • Support HR processes, including onboarding, to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Ensure that all candidate touchpoints are up to date and aligned with our employer brand.

  • Analyze competitors and benchmark employer branding strategies.
