Salary Range:
up to 1100 USD

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a US-based construction company looking for a detail-oriented administrative professional to support project managers and estimators with file management, data entry, and documentation tasks.

Position Overview:

The Project Administrator will play a key role in maintaining project documentation, updating records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional with strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter and update project-related notes from TPAs and internal files into the companys ERP/job management system.
  • Maintain and organize project documentation and reports.
  • Assist project managers and estimators with file tracking and administrative support.
  • Ensure key stakeholders receive timely updates and reports.
  • Perform basic data entry and administrative tasks as needed.


Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of experience in administrative support (construction/insurance industry preferred).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic web browsing.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • English proficiency at a functional level for internal communication.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Familiarity with construction workflows or insurance TPAs.
  • Experience with Dash (CoreLogic), JIRA, and Xactanalysis (preferred but not required, training available).
