  • Social Media Marketing Expertise: Minimum of 5.5+ years of experience in social media marketing, specifically in the beauty, wellness, or eco-friendly industries, with proven success in growing social media presence. 
  • Content Creation Skills: Strong skills in graphic design and content creation, with a keen eye for aesthetics that matches the salons natural, non-toxic brandno AI-generated visuals.
  • Proficiency in Social Media Tools: Experienced in social media scheduling, ad management, and design software, such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and native platform tools. 
  • Excellent Written Communication: Strong writing and proofreading abilities to create compelling blog posts and social media captions that are engaging, informative, and on-brand. 
  • Audience Engagement Savvy: Demonstrated ability to foster community engagement, with a focus on building relationships and delivering excellent customer service across social media channels.
  • Analytical Mindset: Experience with social media analytics, capable of tracking KPIs, interpreting data, and making informed decisions to improve social media performance and reach.

Core responsibilities:

  • Social Media Campaign Execution: Develop, schedule, and execute engaging social media campaigns across platforms to increase brand awareness and attract clientele interested in non-toxic, eco-friendly salon services. 
  • Ad Management and Optimization: Plan, create, and manage paid social media ads to target key demographics, optimize for best results, and maintain alignment with the brands values of health and wellness.
  • Content Creation and Design: Craft visually appealing and brand-consistent content (graphics, videos, photos) that resonate with audiences, emphasizing the salons commitment to natural and vegan-friendly products. 
  • Blog Writing and Drafting: Research, draft, and refine blog posts that inform and engage readers on topics related to non-toxic beauty, self-care, and the benefits of eco-friendly salon practices.
  • Community Engagement: Foster relationships with followers by responding to comments, messages, and reviews to build a loyal, engaged community aligned with the salons values. 
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Track key metrics, analyze performance data, and create regular reports on social media engagement and campaign outcomes to identify areas for growth and improvement.
