Min 2.5 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role, preferably within the travel or tourism industry. Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, platform insights). Strong graphic design and video editing skills; proficiency with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a creative flair for storytelling. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and algorithms.

Core responsibilities:

Develop, curate, and publish engaging content (text, images, videos, stories) for all social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, and LinkedIn. Create visually appealing graphics, reels, and short videos to showcase tour destinations and experiences. Collaborate with photographers, videographers, and tour guides to source authentic and high-quality content. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with the company’s marketing goals. Plan and schedule social media campaigns to promote tours, special offers, and travel insights. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and improve engagement and reach. Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner, fostering a sense of community. Engage with followers, influencers, and travel communities to grow brand loyalty and awareness.
