Job Requirements:

  • Min 3.5 years Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the electronics or a related industry. 
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and proven ability to close deals.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. 
  • Excellent lead generation and business development skills. 
  • Strong relationship building and customer management skills. 
  • Ability to think strategically and creatively to identify new business opportunities. 
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and self-directed. 
  • Upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic personality with a natural ability to build rapport. 
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets and other Microsoft/Google Office applications. 
  • Experience in the electronics industry or a related field is a plus.


Core responsibilities:

Depending on the requirements each day, you may be required to work on different tasks and functions.

Sales & Closing:

  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact and needs assessment to presenting tailored solutions, negotiating pricing, and closing deals. 
  • Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
  • Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes, ensuring profitability and alignment with company pricing strategies. 
  • Proactively follow up on leads and proposals to maximize conversion rates. 
  • Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and targets.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond, building strong, long-term relationships. 
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries, addressing questions, resolving complaints, and providing expert product advice. 
  • Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and recommending appropriate solutions. 
  • Proactively manage customer accounts, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

Lead Generation & Business Development:

  • Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, cold calling, email marketing, phone outreach, text messaging, and social media platforms. 
  • Qualify leads based on their needs, budget, and purchasing authority, prioritizing high-potential opportunities. 
  • Develop and implement effective lead generation strategies to expand our customer base.

Brand Representation & Promotion:

  • Act as a brand ambassador for Odisee, positively promoting the features, benefits, and value of our product lines. 
  • Represent Odisee professionally at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each brand we represent, including their history, values, and product offerings.

Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  • Conduct ongoing market research to identify emerging trends, hot commodities, and potential new product lines. 
  • Analyze competitor pricing, strategies, and market share to identify opportunities for Odisee to gain a competitive advantage. 
  • Identify any gaps in Odisee's current product offerings and provide recommendations for expansion or improvement.

Performance & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress in our CRM system. 
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on sales performance, lead generation, and market trends. 
  • Contribute to the development of sales forecasts and strategies.
