Job description

This is a remote position.

We’re looking for an exceptional Account Manager to join Nexton!

You will work in a fun, fast-paced, and fluent environment. You will need to bring a creative mindset, detail-oriented focus, and strategic acumen in your approach to build and grow strong business relationships with our clients: Top tech startups in Silicon Valley and NYC!

As an Account Manager, you will spearhead our efforts to maintain and grow our client relationships, ensuring the delivery of exceptional service. This role is critical to our mission, requiring a balance of strategic vision and a customer-centric approach. You will be responsible for building and maintaining trust-based relationships, developing strategies for account growth towards achieving our company's ambitious goals.


Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the management, maintenance, and expansion of existing accounts.
  • Develop strategies to grow accounts and ensure the quality delivery of services.
  • Build and maintain trust-based client relationships, coordinating with internal teams to meet deliverables.
  • Address client issues and escalations, ensuring a focus on long-term relationships.
  • Spearhead initiatives to open new accounts through referral generation and strategic networking.
  • Leverage your network for new business opportunities, enhancing Nexton's growth.


Requirements


  • 2+ years in a client-facing role within a fast-paced, tech-based environment.
  • Proven experience interacting daily with high-level technical stakeholders.
  • Strong ability to manage multiple responsibilities, focusing on upselling and organic growth.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
  • Technical background, particularly in software development or technical recruiting.
  • Availability to travel occasionally, as needed.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and driven by a purpose to make a positive impact.
