Job Description

Take on an exciting role as a Solar Appointment Setter where you’ll be instrumental in helping homeowners achieve their renewable energy goals. You’ll work with a sophisticated lead management platform to reconnect with qualified prospects who have already shown interest in solar installations. This consultative position allows you to understand customer needs, address concerns, and schedule high-value consultation appointments. With a performance-based bonus structure and flexible scheduling, you’ll have the opportunity to earn additional income while contributing to the growing renewable energy sector.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct strategic outreach to pre-qualified solar leads using our advanced Solar Scout platform
  • Execute discovery calls to understand prospect needs and previous solar installation barriers
  • Schedule 5-10 qualified sit-down appointments weekly for the field sales team
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and appointment outcomes
  • Develop and implement effective follow-up strategies for lead nurturing
  • Collaborate with the field sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and maximize closing potential
  • Track and report on key performance metrics and conversion rates

Requirements
  • 3-5 years of proven sales experience, particularly in appointment setting or consultative sales
  • Demonstrated success in calling US-based customers with a neutral, professional accent
  • Strong phone presence with excellent listening and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience with CRM systems and lead management tools
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work
  • Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Flexible availability during US Pacific Time business hours
  • Previous experience in energy or home improvement sales is a plus
