Job description

This is a remote position.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Bournemouth, UK)

Paid Weekly Hours: 40


Our client is seeking a highly fluent English-speaking Scheduling Coordinator to manage inbound calls and ensure seamless communication between clients, staff, and management. This role is essential for efficient scheduling and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously.

  • Serve as the primary contact for customers, staff, and management.

  • Schedule and coordinate jobs for optimal time management.

  • Maintain accurate records of appointments, client details, and service requests.

  • Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.

  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.


Requirements:
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.

  • Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is preferred.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
