This is a remote position.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 6 PM (Bournemouth, UK)
Paid Weekly Hours: 40
Answer inbound calls professionally and courteously.
Serve as the primary contact for customers, staff, and management.
Schedule and coordinate jobs for optimal time management.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, client details, and service requests.
Provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
Fluent in English (spoken and written) with strong communication skills.
Experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Familiarity with scheduling software or CRM systems is a plus.
Friendly, professional, and customer-focused approach.
