Your Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients through various communication channels.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding online pharmacy products and telemedicine services, ensuring their needs are met.
• Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage in continuous training to stay informed about product offerings and healthcare trends.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Polish (both written and spoken) is a requirement. Kindly ensure that you explicitly mention your nationality and native language in your cover letter and/or CV.
• A strong interest in healthcare and customer service.
• Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
