Your Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support to Polish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries about our bookstore, including product information, orders, and returns.
- Accurately document customer interactions in our CRM system.
- Collaborate with the team to meet service goals and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on our book offerings and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluency in Polish (written and spoken) is essential. Your nationality and native language should be clearly stated in your Cover Letter and/or C.V.
- A strong enthusiasm for books and literature.
- Previous experience in customer support is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A team player who is proactive and positive.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with strong organizational skills.
