Job Description

  • Guide prospects through the enrollment process, addressing questions and concerns with confidence
  • Utilize the company’s CRM system to track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and manage your sales pipeline
  • Communicate effectively through multiple channels including phone calls, emails, and text messages
  • Follow up strategically with prospects who haven’t completed registration after showing interest
  • Meet or exceed enrollment targets while maintaining high standards of customer service
  • Stay updated on program offerings, industry trends, and competitive landscape

Requirements
  • Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets, preferably in education or related service industries
  • Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly
