We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team! You will support our clients in the success and management of their digital marketing needs.



Requirements

What you'd do here

  • Support Digital Account Lead with digital marketing campaign management
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts on behalf of respective clients
  • Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day client requests, including managing external communications, maintaining status sheets and leading client meetings and conference calls
  • Coordinate the formulation of digital marketing strategies with the Account Lead and strategy team including detailed proposals, tactics, and budget, and oversee the execution of those strategies that are in alignment with client’s specific business and marketing goals and objectives
  • Coordinate internal resources to ensure all elements of branch digital marketing strategies and website maintenance requests are completed on time, on budget, and in a manner that is satisfactory to the client
  • Manage project budgets and maintain profitability of respective clients
  • Assist with the implementation and management of digital marketing campaigns as needed
  • Maintain status reports and assist with ongoing client communication
  • Prepare monthly reports and insights and work with the team to identify recommended enhancements. Work with the Account Lead to develop client action plans and communicate those plans to the client.
  • Manage the billing process for designated clients

What you need to work here

  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-service focused role, agency experience preferred
  • Bring a strong detail-oriented and highly organized working style
  • Team player mentality with a willingness to collaborate with diverse groups of people
  • Understanding of online marketing tools and social media platforms
  • Understanding of Google Analytics; certification is not required for hire but a willingness to acquire is mandatory
  • Previous customer service and project management experience preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field
