Key Responsibilities:

Sourcing Partnerships: Identify and establish third-party partnerships for field operations, including outreach, communication, follow-ups, and qualification.
Qualification and Onboarding: Manage all qualification, onboarding, and training processes for third-party partners.
Contracting and Invoicing: Oversee all contracting and invoicing activities related to third-party partnerships.
Communication Management: Maintain day-to-day communication with partners to ensure smooth operations.
Promoting Partnerships: Promote additional partnerships and services, such as subcontractors and new tech services, to enhance quality and productivity.

Requirements

Proven experience with procurement of subconsultants, subcontractors, and employees
5-8 years in procurement, partnership management or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Knowledge of contracting and invoicing processes.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with utility locating operations and services.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000
