Job description

Work Flexibility: Field-based

Promotes and sells a MedSurg portfolio and solutions directly to current and new end customers. Informs customers of new product/service introductions and prices. Creates, monitors, and revises lead generation plans to ensure a substantive sales opportunity pipeline

This is an individual contributor role that requires the use of judgment in applying professional expertise and is expected to work independently with average supervision. Roles typically require an extensive amount of practical knowledge gained through experience. The job requires an understanding and application of procedures and concepts of own discipline. The job requires the ability to make judgments based on practice and previous experience. This job typically requires a degree or equivalent and no experience.

Sales & Business Development

  • Identify and engage potential customers (hospitals, clinics, private practices).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive repeat business.
  • identify new business opportunities.
  • Work with our 4PL distributor to prepare the quotation and specification according to the tender, and hospital’s requirement.

Product Expertise & Customer Training

  • Provide in-depth product demonstrations to healthcare professionals.
  • Train medical staff on proper usage and benefits of the equipment.
  • Stay updated on the latest product developments and industry trends.

Territory & Account Management

  • Manage sales activities within an assigned territory or customer segment.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers (surgeons, procurement teams, hospital administrators).

Sales Support & Customer Service

  • Address customer inquiries and provide basic support and co-operate with technical support for advance issues.
  • Coordinate product trials, installations, and after-sales service.
  • Work closely with internal teams (marketing, regulatory, logistics) to ensure smooth operations.
