Job description

Come join a company who is a key leader in the industry scaling the next core commerce infrastructure and on the path from $100M to $500M! Founded in 2012, Salsify helps brand manufacturers, distributors, and retailers in over 80 countries collaborate to win on the digital shelf. As the market leader globally, our products are shopper-centric, frictionless, and create memorable commerce experiences. Our products provide a competitive edge through experiences that improve brand trust, amplify product differentiation and assortments, increase conversion rate, improve profit margins, and speed time to market.

Learn how the world’s largest brands, including Mars, L'Oreal, Coca-Cola, Bosch, and GSK, as well as retailers and distributors such as E.Leclerc, Carrefour, Metro, and Intermarché use Salsify everyday to stand out on the digital shelf.

At Salsify, we strive to embody an equitable, diverse, and inclusive company culture. We are united across countries, levels, tenures, and a host of other dimensions of diversity. We understand that while work is just one aspect of who we are, a truly inclusive culture accounts for the full authenticity of every single human being that works here.

About the Opportunity

About the Opportunity:

The Salsify Business Systems team is looking for a Business Systems Analyst to enhance, manage, and optimize our Salesforce.com instance and broader business systems ecosystem. This role is ideal for someone who loves solving real business problems through technology, excels at working with stakeholders to understand their needs, and builds thoughtful, scalable solutions that drive impact.

You’ll join a collaborative team of analysts, administrators, and developers who work closely together to support Salsify’s go-to-market and customer teams. As a member of the team, you’ll play a critical role in translating business needs into technical solutions, guiding cross-functional initiatives from discovery through delivery in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • Act as a trusted systems partner to business stakeholders—facilitating discovery sessions, gathering and documenting requirements, and helping prioritize needs.
  • Be a key contributor in the design, customization, and automation of Salsify’s Salesforce instance.
  • Implement, integrate, and support our broader tech stack—including Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, Experience Sites (Customer and Partner Portals), CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, and more.
  • Drive process improvement by identifying pain points and opportunities, then delivering automation and system enhancements to address them.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to gather business requirements, develop scalable solutions, and lead user acceptance testing and deployment.
  • Partner with teams including Sales, Customer Support, Customer Success, and Finance to ensure systems align with business needs.
  • Maintain the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of key company data used for reporting and decision-making.
  • Ensure data security and integrity within and across platforms.
  • Support data governance and promote best practices for system usage and documentation.

You’ll Enjoy This Job If You Have:

  • 3+ years in a Business Systems Analyst (BSA) or similar role—with experience gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, writing user stories, and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
  • A Salesforce Administrator certification (preferred but not required).
  • Experience or interest in systems like CPQ, Gainsight, Kimble, or other tools in the Salesforce ecosystem.
  • A strong ability to engage business partners, ask the right questions, and translate complex needs into clear, actionable solutions.
  • High attention to detail, with a focus on validating and testing your work thoroughly.
  • Curiosity and adaptability—a willingness to learn new systems, tools, and domains.
  • A track record of strong time and project management skills.
  • A process and data-driven mindset with an eye for operational improvement.
  • Familiarity with sales, customer success, and support processes—especially in a B2B context.
  • A team-first approach and the ability to collaborate and problem-solve across departments and levels.
