This position is ideal for individuals fluent in Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, or Finnish) who are passionate about technology and providing top-notch customer service.

In this role, you will assist Nordic-speaking customers with their inquiries related to our IT support services and cybersecurity solutions. Your responsibilities will include addressing technical questions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a secure and efficient customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Nordic-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
  • Assist customers with inquiries concerning IT support and cybersecurity products
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records
  • Collaborate with technical teams to facilitate effective solutions
  • Stay informed about the latest cybersecurity threats and IT trends
  • Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and service capabilities

Requirements

  • Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Swedish, Danish, Norwegian, Finnish) and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • No prior experience required; recent graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Interest in IT support and cybersecurity is highly desirable
  • Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with IT support software is a plus
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail
