Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer support in Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish) for dating and social networking apps
• Assist users with account management and troubleshooting
• Educate users about app features and safety guidelines
• Document user interactions and feedback accurately
• Collaborate with team members to improve overall user satisfaction
• Stay informed on industry trends and app updates

Requirements

• Fluency in one or more Nordic languages (Danish, Norwegian, Swedish) and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Understanding of dating and social networking platforms is a plus
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Positive attitude and a passion for enhancing user experiences
