  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
  • Familiarity with mobile banking applications and technology is a plus
  • Strong customer focus with a proactive approach to service improvement
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece or work remotely
