RESPONSIBILITIES AND ASSIGNMENTS

Key responsibilities

• Working across client teams to develop and architect solutions based on the latest ML technologies including generative AI models.
• Work with the architecture team to design experiments and find new ways to deliver value to the customer.
• Develop AI algorithms, models, using the latest AI tools including large language models.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and develop AI solutions.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data using appropriate tools and libraries, ensuring compatibility with AI algorithms and frameworks.
• Develop unit and integration tests for current algorithms, contributing to a robust testing framework that ensures algorithmic reliability.
• Train, test, and evaluate AI models employing appropriate evaluation metrics.
• Optimize and fine-tune models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Implement and deploy AI solutions in production environments under different frameworks.
• Engage in code cleanup and refactoring of existing algorithms to enhance efficiency, readability, and maintainability.
• Ability to design and build applications and use appropriate prompting on generative AI models.
• Keep up with the latest advancements in AI technologies, including generative AI and the latest features of popular tools.
• Create comprehensive AI documentation, facilitating better understanding and knowledge sharing

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Skills and attributes for success

• Experience in Azure environment
• Strong understanding of machine learning principles and algorithms.
• Strong analytical, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
• Desire to investigate and try-out new tools and technologies as they are released.
• Ability to work under tight timelines, in cases for multiple project deliveries.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within high-performing teams.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced multicultural environment.
• Self-starter mentality with minimal supervision.

Nice to have:

• Deep knowledge of a specific domain or industry, with a focus on applying NLP/LLM solutions in that context.

Background:

• Practical experience with advanced machine learning techniques and big data technologies
• An understanding of the latest industry developments in Big Data and AI
• A thorough understanding of common languages and libraries used in machine learning and general 
• The ability to translate complex information into non-technical, easy to understand business language
• Experience working in an agile development environment

Hands-on coding experience in building AI solutions to resolve specific business problems. You’ll need great coding, analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to handle new responsibilities and challenges.
