What You’ll Do:

Lead Client-Facing Projects: Manage complex software development initiatives, ensuring success in design, quality, and team leadership. Guide projects using microservices, .NET, DXP, e-commerce, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Next.js) in Azure.
Champion Agile Execution: Oversee sprint and backlog management, delivering high-quality solutions that align with our "Vision to Victory" commitment.
Ensure Technical Excellence: With Principal Architect, drive best practices, maintain high code quality, and align teams on architectural standards.
Manage Scope, Budgets & Expectations: Proactively guide clients, track project financials, and ensure deliverables meet top-tier standards while staying on budget.
Collaborate & Engage Stakeholders: Build strong client relationships, may lead requirements discovery, and create key project artifacts.
Support Business Development: Assist in opportunity qualification, estimation, and proposal development.

What You Bring:

Leadership & Team Management: Experience leading teams (3-10 members) on enterprise-level web-based and cloud-based software projects.
Consulting & Client Success: Background in consulting or digital agencies with strong client management skills.
Technical Project Management: Expertise in enterprise web applications, cloud platforms (.NET, Sitecore, Azure), and modern architectures.
Agile & Business Analysis: Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, and backlog management.
Budget & Financial Management: Experience managing project budgets, forecasting costs, and ensuring financial accountability.
Hands-On Technical Foundation: Prior experience as a developer or technical background is a plus.
