About this role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Mid-Market Account Executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new mid-market customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, understanding prospect's needs and delivering tailored solutions that drive value.

This is a high-impact role in which you’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to shape ReflexAI's future in the mid-market segment. You will report directly to the Head of Sales and play a key part in achieving revenue goals.

What you’ll do

Own and manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing.
Identify and target key decision-makers.
Develop a deep understanding of ReflexAI’s offerings to articulate value propositions tailored to customer needs effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive retention and expansion opportunities.
Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and yearly revenue targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Leverage CRM tools (HubSpot) to manage pipeline, forecast accurately, and maintain updated records.
Represent ReflexAI at industry events, conferences, and webinars as needed.

Requirements for a great fit

3+ years of experience in an Account Executive or similar role, selling to mid-market clients.
Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand customer challenges and align solutions effectively.

Experience managing complex sales cycles and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Self-starter mentality with a focus on results and accountability.
Familiarity with AI/ML or enterprise software is a plus.
