Title: Account Manager, Behavioral Health
Location: USA/Remote
Reports to: Director of Client Success
FLSA Classification: Exempt
Full-Time or Part-Time: Full-Time
Salary Range: $50,000 - $60,000
*Starting pay varies based on location and experience, in compliance with specific state wage regulations. Competitive rates tailored to your geography and expertise.

Position Overview:
The Account Manager, Behavioral Health, plays a pivotal role in managing and communicating revenue cycle performance for our behavioral health client practices. This role builds strong, strategic relationships with clients, serving as the primary liaison to ensure their revenue cycle goals are met through Coronis Health's services. The Account Manager leads performance reviews, offers operational guidance, ensures timely and effective responses to client needs, and collaborates with internal teams to drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate the smooth transition of clients from onboarding through the entirety of the client lifecycle.
  • Provide training and education on our RCM solutions to ensure clients maximize the value of services provided.
  • Monitor KPIs and financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and delivering actionable insights.
  • Address client concerns, inquiries, and service issues with a strong sense of urgency and professionalism.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to implement solutions and enhance client satisfaction.
  • Regularly communicate performance updates, industry insights, and RCM best practices.
  • Generate and present client performance reports, ROI analyses, and trend summaries.
  • Lead and support a multidisciplinary internal team responsible for charge entry, payment posting, AR follow-up, denials, appeals, and more.
  • Create, monitor, and manage KPIs to evaluate client revenue cycle health.
  • Identify workflow inefficiencies and provide strategies for resolution and improvement.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and value-added support to assigned clients.
  • Maintain compliance with HIPAA and other relevant regulations.
  • Perform additional duties and projects as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of revenue cycle management experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years in a client-facing, customer service, or account management role.
  • Strong knowledge of behavioral health billing, medical coding, front office workflows, and payer processes.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of insurance carriers and payer requirements.
