This is a remote position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 3 PM GMT (Peterborough, PE2 6TE), with a 1-hour unpaid break
Utilize the Pipedrive CRM to identify and engage high-potential leads in the trade sector.
Conduct professional outreach to clients, including promotional companies, corporate buyers, music tour operators, and screen printers.
Provide consultative guidance on product options, garment types, decoration techniques, and pricing.
Communicate compellingly to showcase the company’s quality, reliability, and creative capabilities.
Build and nurture relationships, moving prospects through the sales pipeline.
Prepare and present basic quotations tailored to client needs.
Collaborate with the UK-based sales team, ensuring smooth handovers for complex projects.
Represent the company professionally in all communications, reflecting its commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.
Conduct outreach to a clearly defined set of new business target accounts.
Utilize Pipedrive CRM for managing leads and tracking progress.
Use JustCall phone dialer integrated with Pipedrive for outbound calling.
Follow up on outreach campaigns driven by the company.
Participate in weekly sales meetings to collaborate and learn from the team.

Proven experience with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience is a plus).
Background in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships.
Quick learner with knowledge of garment types, decoration techniques, and industry standards.
Self-motivated and capable of managing workflow efficiently while meeting targets.
Availability during UK business hours to ensure seamless collaboration.
