Job description

This is a remote position.

Full-time
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Florida time, with a 1-hour unpaid break.



Sales & Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales & Administrative Support Specialist to assist with proposal preparation, lead management, customer outreach, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, is highly organized, and can efficiently coordinate between teams to enhance customer experience and business operations.


  • Prepare proposals using provided information and templates.
  • Filter and track leads to ensure all have been addressed.
  • Conduct outreach via phone, text, and email to follow up with recent customers for feedback and reviews.
  • Tally costs and supplies used on jobs and update spreadsheets accordingly.
  • Collect and organize before-and-after photos from field teams for digital media use.
  • Manage and follow up with warm leads for roof life extension and exterior cleaning services.
  • Schedule free assessments for the sales team.
  • Update client records and maintain accurate information in the CRM.
  • Ensure smooth communication between the sales team and potential customers.
  • Explain service value propositions to prospective clients.
  • Conduct post-service follow-ups to assess customer satisfaction.
  • Gather and document customer feedback for process improvement.


Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Experience in appointment setting, sales support, and customer outreach 
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management software.
  • Proficiency in working with multiple software applications.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
