This is an exciting job opportunity for you to light the way as a National Hospitality and Specification Business Development Manager in the United States of America with Signify.
Leveraging almost 40 years experience in lighting and space control through our Philips Dynalite brand, we are proud to power flagship hospitality venues including The Burj Kalifa, Marina Bay Sands and Atlantis, The Royal.
Our connected control systems and lighting offers, bring powerful benefits for developers and operators to enhance guest experience, energy management and operational efficiency across all application spaces - from Guestrooms & Suites, Food & Beverage, Leisure and Facade.
As part of the global systems and services team, you will help us build strong relationships with hotel brands and specifiers, helping us to secure projects from the USA for delivery globally.

Bachelors degree from accredited university or equivalent experience
5+ years of experience in business development or sales
Knowledge of the specification and ownership ecosystem in Hospitality
Knowledge of lighting and / or space control (eg. Climate, Drapery) systems
Proven track record of success in customer and / or specification sales or development
Ability to travel domestically regularly (~50%), with occasional international travel

Salary: $120,000 - $176,000
Bonus: Target 15% Annual Incentive bonus
