Must-have Skills

8+ years of experience in backend development.
Strong proficiency in Golang and experience with Python.
Solid understanding of SQL and experience working with PostgreSQL and MySQL.
Hands-on experience with Docker and AWS for cloud-based deployments.
Familiarity with Datadog for monitoring and observability.
Experience building scalable and high-performance distributed systems.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in an agile environment.

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Knowledge of microservices architecture and event-driven design.
Experience with Kubernetes and CI/CD pipelines.
Familiarity with caching mechanisms such as Redis.
Previous experience mentoring junior developers.
