- Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch for pharmacy and telemedicine inquiries

- Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal service delivery
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
- Familiarity with telemedicine and pharmacy processes is a plus
