Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer support in Dutch for pharmacy and telemedicine inquiries
  • Assist clients with orders, prescriptions, and telehealth appointments

  • Educate customers on pharmacy services and telehealth processes
  • Document customer interactions accurately and maintain records
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal service delivery

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
  • Familiarity with telemedicine and pharmacy processes is a plus
