Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer service to German-speaking clients regarding eco-friendly products.
• Handle inquiries, manage orders, and offer solutions to customer concerns via phone, email, and chat.
• Educate customers about product features, benefits, and sustainability practices.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in the management system.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings to better assist customers.

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English (both spoken and written).
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication skills and a passion for sustainability.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with customer service software and tools is an advantage.
• Proactive and customer-focused with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to relocate to Greece and immerse yourself in a new culture.
