Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer support in German for inquiries related to the online marketplace

  • Stay informed about platform updates, promotions, and policies

Requirements

  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
  • Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and online marketplace platforms is a plus
  • Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and a passion for customer service
