Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support in German for logistics and shipping inquiries
• Assist clients with tracking shipments, addressing issues, and providing updates
• Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve transportation challenges
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of customer interactions
• Educate customers on shipping procedures and logistics services
• Work towards improving customer satisfaction and service efficiency

Requirements

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple inquiries
• Familiarity with logistics software and shipping protocols is a plus
