Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding travel inquiries and tour packages.
  • Assist customers with reservations, changes, and cancellations while ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of tourist destinations, travel regulations, and package details.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the customer management system.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline operations and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Actively seek feedback from customers to improve services and offerings.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and proficiency in English (both spoken and written).
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to navigate a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple inquiries.
  • Familiarity with customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Willingness to embrace new challenges and work as part of a supportive team.
