Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking clients regarding eco-friendly products.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product specifications, and order management through phone, email, and chat.
  • Resolve issues promptly and ensure customer satisfaction at all levels.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's eco-friendly products and initiatives.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.
  • Engage in ongoing training and development to improve product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch and English (both written and spoken); knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-first mentality.
  • Comfortable using customer service software and digital communication tools.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively.
  • Willingness to relocate to Athens, Greece, and adapt to a new cultural experience.
