Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support in Dutch for streaming service inquiries
- Assist customers with account setup, subscription management, and troubleshooting

- Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and resolutions
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams to improve customer experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and service offerings
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with patience and efficiency
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with streaming platforms and technologies is a plus
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
