Responsibilities

Provide excellent customer service to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and live chat
Assist customers with inquiries related to fitness and sports equipment, including product specifications and availability
Handle order processing, tracking, and issue resolution efficiently
Maintain accurate customer records and document all interactions in the CRM system
Collaborate with team members to uphold customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry trends to enhance customer engagement

Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written); knowledge of English is a plus
Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
A strong interest in fitness and sports equipment
Previous experience in customer service is a plus but not required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Willingness to learn and grow in the customer service field
