Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer support to Dutch-speaking users via email, chat, and phone.
  • Assist with inquiries related to account setup, course information, and technical difficulties.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback to ensure effective communication and service enhancement.
  • Educate users about features of the online platform to improve their user experience.
  • Collaborate with other team members to solve customer issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your skills and knowledge in the EdTech industry.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) + fluent English (minimum B2)
  • Willingness to relocate to Greece - remote work only within Greece
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine interest in education and technology.
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage, but entry-level applicants are welcome.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer service software.
  • A positive attitude and a desire to help others succeed.
