Responsibilities:

Software Development

• Building fullstack solutions - Develop, deploy, and maintain high-quality web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and tools to drive business efficiency and enhance customer experience.

• Frontend development - Leverage React, Next.js, Tailwind, and component libraries (Shadcn, Antd) to create responsive, user-friendly interfaces.

• Backend development - Design and implement server-side logic using Express, integrate with PostgreSQL databases, and ensure secure authentication flows with Clerk.

• Code quality and best practices - Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code adhering to industry standards, with a focus on TypeScript for type safety and reliability.

• Error monitoring and debugging - Utilize Sentry to proactively identify, track, and resolve issues in production environments.

Collaboration and Execution

• Supporting the product roadmap - Work closely with product teams to deliver features and functionalities aligned with business goals and customer needs.

• Cross-functional teamwork - Collaborate with designers, product managers, and other developers to translate requirements into technical solutions.

• Project delivery - Participate in planning, executing, and delivering development projects on time and within scope.

• Innovation - Explore new tools, libraries, and methodologies to improve development processes and product offerings.

Technical Ownership

• System optimization - Ensure applications are performant, scalable, and reliable, with an eye toward optimizing resource usage.

• Documentation - Maintain clear and concise documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture to support team collaboration and future scalability.

• Continuous improvement - Stay updated on emerging technologies and contribute ideas to enhance our tech stack and workflows.
