Job description

This is a remote position.

Paid hours per week: 45 hours
Schedule - Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 AM | QLD (Australian Eastern Standard Time)

  • Lead Generation: proactively call dental practices to introduce the client's payment solutions and secure interest or appointments for product demonstrations.
  • Lead Nurturing & Conversion: Follow up with leads consistently, address concerns, and provide ongoing support to move them through the sales funnel.
  • Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging online demos showcasing the product’s value proposition, features, and ROI to potential clients.
  • Data Management & Reporting: Use Zoho CRM to accurately record all communication and sales activities, ensuring data integrity and up-to-date records. Monitor key performance metrics (e.g., call volume, conversion rates, demo bookings) and provide regular reports to management.
  • Collaboration & Feedback: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to share insights from the field, including client feedback, market trends, and potential areas of improvement.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in outbound sales and cold calling, preferably within the Software as a Service sector. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPI metrics.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills to effectively engage with dental practice owners and decision-makers.
  • Familiarity with CRM software, especially Zoho CRM.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple leads and follow-up activities.
  • Adaptable and collaborative mindset to work in a dynamic startup environment.
  • Customer-focused approach, with a genuine interest in helping dental practices improve patient care and grow revenue.
