Job description

This is a remote position.

Summary of the role:
As a Database Operations Executive, this role is primarily focused on the efficient and accurate management of lead generation activities. This involves utilizing CRM systems and various lead generation tools to identify, qualify, and track potential customers, ensuring data integrity and contributing to sales targets. The specialist will leverage digital marketing and social media platforms, along with strong organizational and communication skills, to effectively manage lead databases and support the sales funnel, ultimately driving business growth through the effective acquisition of qualified leads.

What you will do:
  • Generate qualified leads through various channels (digital marketing, social media, etc.).
  • Meet or exceed lead generation targets.
  • Administer and maintain lead databases.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) for lead management.
  • Track and manage leads through the sales funnel.
  • Communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
  • Interact with potential leads and internal teams.
  • Utilize lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, etc.).
  • Organize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Work independently and collaboratively.

What you bring:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in lead generation, database administration
  • Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms for lead generation.
  • Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed lead generation targets.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Experience with lead generation tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar platforms, preferred.
