Position Summary:

The Digital Marketing Specialist will elevate our digital marketing strategy and execution to new heights. They will bring strong web development ability and a willingness to adapt to various roles on a small agile team. Reporting to the Marketing Director, the selected candidate will work alongside the Director, business leaders, and other key stakeholders to create, execute, and maintain digital campaigns across diverse channels and technologies including but not limited to Web, Social channels, and Marketing Automation Platform.

ERPA is building a candidate bench for anticipated upcoming hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of digital marketing campaigns, utilizing our core technologies and tools.

  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and technology departments to set digital strategies and goals for the company for Web, Social, and Marketing Automation.

  • Plan digital campaigns including but not limited to managing, updating, and creating new webpages, SEO/SEM, display ads, paid and organic social media, and marketing emails.

  • Work with the Marketing Director and other stakeholders to develop and implement a website strategy/plan, then maintain the site.

  • Collaborate with colleagues to create web and campaign content and optimize using SEO/SEM best practices.

  • Manage and oversee performance on Google Analytics, Google Ad Words, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Develop action provoking email marketing/social campaigns for current and existing products, launches, in-person and virtual events and promotions.

  • Conduct brainstorming sessions with teams, maintaining strategic and creative thinking to develop innovative and actionable initiatives.

  • Continuously evaluate market trends and the competitive landscape.

  • Analyze technical problems, determine root causes, and develop remediation strategies for permanent resolutions.

Experience and Education Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ digital marketing experience required

  • Web development and web maintenance experience required

  • B2B digital marketing experience required

  • Marketing automation campaign experience

  • Must be highly self-motivated and goal oriented

  • Skilled in Pardot, WordPress, paid and organic social

  • Experience implementing digital experiences across channels such as web, mobile, email, paid and organic social media, in-bound and outbound marketing, SEO/SEM.
