About The Role

We are seeking a versatile Full-Stack Data Analyst to drive our analytics development lifecycle. You will own end-to-end analytics—from data modeling to visualization—collaborating with stakeholders to deliver insights that drive impactful decisions. You will be embedded in business teams and be responsible for direct impact and outcomes.

A Great Candidate

• Build and maintain scalable data models and transformations using dbt.
• Leverage Databricks for data exploration, cleaning, and advanced analysis.
• Design and deliver clear, actionable dashboards in Sigma.
• Conduct exploratory data analysis to identify trends and business drivers using SQL and Python.
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, answer critical questions, and enable self-service analytics.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and documentation across datasets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align analytics solutions with business goals.

What You Bring

• Strong SQL skills for querying and transforming data.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks and dbt for analytics engineering.
• Proficiency in building dashboards with Sigma.
• Experience using Python for exploratory analysis.
• Ability to translate business questions into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 3+ years in a data analyst or analytics engineering role.
