About the role
We’re seeking a bilingual (French/English) Microsoft 365 Change Management Consultant to work with our Modern Workplace Collaboration team. Our team focuses mainly on the Microsoft 365 space, including SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, Copilot, Purview, and all the other goodies which live in that world. We do projects that range from migrating thousands of users to the cloud, to helping companies build out their SharePoint Online meta-tagging strategy, to rolling out Microsoft Copilot, to helping clients plan and execute their security roadmap.

As a Change Management Consultant you will:

  • Providing support and guidance to our clients around Adoption and Change Management, as well as Organizational Change Management.
  • Delivering training and workshops to our clients.
  • Providing training on various solutions within Microsoft 365 to our clients and their end users.
  • Developing and delivering adoption plans.
  • Developing materials, presentations, and documentation.
  • Driving new offering development.
  • Work with our technical consultants and architects on projects ranging from small to large.

  • You’re comfortable leading workshops and interfacing directly with clients in both French and English.
  • You have the ability to develop professional looking PowerPoint and Word documents.
  • You are obsessed with delivering what you promise on time and on budget.
  • You have strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • You are comfortable being the main point of contact with client facing engagements.
  • You have a strong aptitude for learning new technologies and engaging with them in a meaningful way to provide value to our clients.
