We’re seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Lead Generation Specialist to join our client’s innovative team. Responsibilities
Expertly navigate multiple lead sources including LinkedIn, email campaigns, and Facebook to identify and extract high-quality leads
Accurately transfer lead information into Active Campaign software, ensuring data integrity and completeness
Maintain a keen eye for detail while managing high volumes of data entry, meeting or exceeding daily and weekly targets
Collaborate with the team to refine lead generation processes and improve efficiency
Stay updated on NDIS industry trends to better understand and categorize potential leads
Assist in basic lead qualifications to ensure the highest quality of data for our clients
Contribute ideas for improving lead generation strategies and data management techniques
Prepare simple reports on lead generation activities and results as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in data entry or a similar role requiring high attention to detail
Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Active Campaign (training will be provided)
Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or equivalent
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting
Basic understanding of lead generation concepts and digital marketing principles
Strong written communication skills in English
Ability to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive client information
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional work environment
Passion for learning and adaptability to new technologies and processes
