Job Description Objective:
Senior Account Manager, with the mission to ensure client engagement. This person will play a vital role in establishing and growing a successful relationship with our portfolio clients and ensuring they have the high-quality delivery experience expected.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Understand the client's business priorities, pain points, overall technology landscape, organization, timeline, and priorities for capitalizing on their return on investment.
  • Build and grow strong client relationships.
  • Acts as the primary relationship management executive for a group of accounts. This includes maintaining ongoing communications and cross-selling activity to improve client satisfaction, developing additional revenue opportunities, optimizing client lifetime value, and driving references.
  • Leads the pursuit and capture of client renewals.
  • Builds and maintains strong relationships within delivery teams.
  • Identify client growth areas, strategically plan ways to grow existing teams with our Sales Dept., and help identify growth opportunities.
  • Responsible for and assessed Client Net Promoter Scores (NPS) for all engagements aligned to your assigned portfolio.
  • Relentlessly monitor market dynamics (global and regional), including customer and competitor developments, and recommend strategies to counteract these pressures on management.
  • Generate revenue growth from our current client portfolio.


Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience with business development, sales, or account management
  • 3+ years of demonstrated success in customer service, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Proven experience managing client relationships and improving customer satisfaction.
  • Proven experience in sales or increased revenue for current accounts
  • Solution-oriented sales or project management processes within the Tech industry.
  • Experience managing large account portfolios.
  • Strong customer service and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly organized and solution-oriented.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize.
  • Self-starter and able to work efficiently under pressure.
  • A background in the IT industry is nice to have.
  • Staff Augmentation experience is pleasant to have.
  • Occasional travel to client sites (USA) and quarterly meetings in LATAM.
