About the role:

We are seeking a SAP Presales Consultant with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors solutions to join our International Presales team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise and understanding of SAP SuccesFactors to support our sales team in delivering tailored SAP solutions that meet our clients' specific needs.

Which tasks can you expect?

    · Client Engagement: Collaborate with potential clients to understand their requirements and challenges.

    · Solution Design: Develop and present SAP SuccessFactors solutions and on top SD Worx services that align with client objectives and demonstrate clear value. SAP SuccessFactors being your main focus.

    · Demonstrations: Conduct compelling product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the capabilities and benefits of the SAP SuccessFactors and SD Worx services

    · Proposal Development: Assist in creating detailed proposals and responses to bids, ensuring alignment with client needs and organizational standards.

    · Collaboration: Work closely with sales, technical, and implementation teams to ensure seamless transition from presales to project execution.

What do you have to offer?

      · Experience: Minimum of 5 years in HR Presales role preferably SAP.

      · Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of Core HR, Time and Talent modules preferably SAP SuccessFactors.

      · Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences. EN and or DE / FR / ES.

      · Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to translate client requirements into effective SAP solutions.

      · Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
