Job Title: Account & Project Manager
Location:
Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range:
up to 5000 USD, with performance bonus programs based on KPIs

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (EST)

About the Company:

Sagan represents a growing company in the Advertising Services sector. They are looking for a structured, detail-oriented professional to oversee client operations, ensure seamless service delivery, and enhance internal workflows.

Position Overview:

The Account & Project Manager role is ideal for a client-focused operations leader who can manage client relationships, oversee internal workflows, and ensure smooth service execution. Youll be responsible for process optimization, team task coordination, and operational excellence to maintain high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and improve client onboarding, satisfaction, and retention processes.
  • Manage internal workflows to ensure efficient service delivery.
  • Act as a strategic liaison between clients and internal teams.
  • Maintain and optimize operational processes to improve efficiency.
  • Collaborate with different departments to ensure alignment and smooth execution of projects.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards and best practices.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in operations, client success, or service delivery management.
  • Strong project management skills with a structured and process-driven mindset.
  • Experience managing remote teams and operational workflows.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, or ClickUp).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to optimize processes.


Proficiency with:

  • Slack
  • Notion
  • Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Drive)
  • Dropbox
  • ChatGPT & Claude (for process documentation, automation, and communication)


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with marketing operations or digital services.


Familiarity with:

  • Meta Ads Manager (for tracking ad performance, NOT execution)
  • Basic CRO & Website Tracking Tools (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Hotjar, etc.)
  • Loom (for internal and client communication)
  • LastPass (for secure credential management)
  • WordPress experience
  • Agency Analytics
  • GoHighLevel (GHL) experience
